MyFalcon Limited – Acceptable Use Policy
1. General
By using the MyFalcon platform, services, or associated applications ("Services"),
you agree not to misuse or abuse the Services, or assist others in doing so. The examples below outline
activities that are strictly prohibited in connection with your use of the Services.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not, directly or indirectly, engage in or attempt to engage in any of the following:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
- Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Services, or shared areas you have not been invited to access.
- Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network — for example, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing.
- Access, search, or create accounts for the Services by any means other than publicly supported interfaces (e.g., “scraping” or automated account creation).
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
- Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information (including “spoofing” or “phishing”).
- Promote or advertise products or services other than your own without proper authorization.
- Abuse referral or promotion programs to gain more features or credits than entitled.
- Sell, sublicense, or resell access to the Services unless expressly authorized by MyFalcon Limited.
- Publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic, indecent, or that contain extreme acts of violence.
- Advocate bigotry, hatred, or discrimination against any person or group based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right — including the storage, publication, or sharing of material that is fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, or infringing.
- Violate the privacy, security, or intellectual property rights of others.
- Resell or redistribute any portion of the Services unless expressly permitted in writing by MyFalcon Limited.
3. Enforcement
MyFalcon Limited reserves the right to investigate violations of this Acceptable Use Policy and take
appropriate action, which may include:
- Suspending or terminating your account or access to the Services.
- Removing or disabling access to content that violates these terms.
- Reporting activity to law enforcement authorities where required by law or at our discretion.
