We do not guarantee that our Site or any content on it will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site or Services for business and operational reasons. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and comply with them.
You may access our Services using your existing Google or Microsoft account. We use your email address to register your account; you must create a secure password to protect your account.
New accounts begin on a free plan. Free and paid plans have usage limits/quotas. When you approach a limit, you may choose to upgrade or contact us for a custom package. You are not required to add payment details to use the free plan.
You may cancel at any time to avoid further charges. No refunds are provided. On cancellation, Services continue until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 2 days before renewal; late cancellations may auto-renew and are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or our Privacy, Cookie or Acceptable Use policies, or if we reasonably suspect an impending breach.
Services are billed in advance. We charge immediately and grant access for one calendar month (unless otherwise stated). We do not issue refunds during a billing period.
Subscription limits reset on the 1st calendar day of each month. Any remaining or used credits from previous months are reset according to your plan’s limits.
If you are provided with or choose a user ID, password or any other security information (including via Google or Microsoft), you must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties. We may disable any credentials if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these terms. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your credentials, notify us promptly at support@myfalcon.co.uk.
